BRAND VISIBILITY EXCHANGE

BRAND VISIBILITY EXCHANGE •

You’ll walk away with

Clarity on your brand’s visibility

See exactly how AI platforms perceive and present your brand today. This isn't a generic framework. It's your data, your gaps, your next move.

A Monday-morning action plan

Every session is designed to end with something you can do. Not a vague strategic directive — a specific, prioritized action tied to your real visibility data.

Research no one else has

Yext's proprietary analysis of 21.6 million local search results shows what drives consistent top performance in your category. Plus, learn what AI platforms actually look for when they decide who to cite. You'll leave knowing exactly what to fix.

New exec connections

Fewer than 20 executives. All of them leading the same kind of business, asking the same questions you are. The peer conversation in a room this size is worth as much as any presentation — and it's the part you'll keep thinking about on the way home.

Brand Visibility Exchange is an invite-only, half-day executive session built around one question: how do you stay visible, trusted, and chosen in the era of AI search?

This isn't a vendor pitch. It's not a generic presentation filled with "best practices" you'll never implement. It's an intimate session jam-packed with proprietary research, insights, and recommendations from Yext's senior leadership team — built specifically for marketing leaders at multi-location based brands. Walk in with questions. Leave with a real strategy.

Who you’ll hear from

San Diego • 4/16/26

Agenda

  • Coffee, light refreshments, and time to settle in. The room is intentionally small — you'll know everyone's name by the end of the afternoon.

  • Yvette Martinez-Rea, Chief Operating Officer

Why we're here, what's changed, and what the next few hours are going to give you.

  •  Rebecca Colwell, SVP of Marketing

The old playbook is broken — and the data proves it. Rebecca shares the first look at consumer research on how AI is collapsing the purchase funnel, plus two new Yext Research studies on what actually drives visibility across Google and AI search. You'll leave with clear answers to the questions your board is already asking.

  • Brad Schaeffer, Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, Google

Brad will share how Google is thinking about the signals that shape visibility in Search and Gemini. We’ll explore why structured, current, and trustworthy information matters more than ever, and how brands can better position themselves to be surfaced when people are asking questions.

  • Yvette Martinez-Rea, Chief Operating Officer

A candid conversation featuring perspectives from leading brands on restructuring teams, aligning leadership around AI visibility, and what it actually takes to move fast in an AI-first world.

  • John Vatalaro, Yext VP, Services

From research to action — the signals that matter, how to read your own data, and what to prioritize when you're back at your desk on Monday.

  • The conversations you came for. We'll pre-match attendees by industry, so you're talking to the people navigating the exact same shift you are. Facilitated discussion, no agenda — just candid peer exchange with people who get what you do for a living. Yext team members will also be available for one-on-one visibility deep-dives if you want to dig into your own data.

  • 200 Harbor Dr, #120, San Diego, CA 92101

The afternoon closes with dinner and paired wine at San Diego Wine & Culinary — an evening designed around exceptional food, perfectly matched pours, and the people you spent the afternoon with. Dinner is on us.
